- The company has Special Expertise and Designs for
manufacture of Crystallizer in Stainless Steel . It has its own Design
Team , Development Programmes and Methods to Manufacture for any Size
and type of Crystallizer.
- The company can take up the special capabilities of EPC
contractors to handle any product they deal with and can also undertake
Heavy Fabrication Jobs for all types of Chemical Plants.
- The company has another Unit outside the city limits and
all its units comply with all pollution control norms of the Government
and local authorities.
- The company has an excellent relationship with Government
officials at all levels; it can facilitate obtaining the required
factory clearances early.
- Even if some of the processes cannot be handled by the
existing machinery, the same can be contracted out to reliable vendors.
MEFCO being in the field for over two decades, it has excellent
contacts with many Engineering vendors in the field and can bring
functional and cost advantage to customers.

The Team
- Mr. P. S. SHANMUGAM B.E., Founder & Managing Director - started the company as a small scale industrial unit in 1974.
- Mr. S. PRABHURAM B.E., Director of the company, is looking after the Marketing and Technical Co-Ordinations.
- MEFCO was incorporated in 1973 and began operations in
1974. Today, it reaches out to more than 200 Major customers in-house
and overseas Markets.
